The field of our activities stretches over all aspects of the woodworking industry. We are supplying, installing and servicing woodworking machinery for starter companies, established and expanding companies right up to highly sophisticated plant installations for automised production.
Our technical experience matches the know-how of application. Therefore it was a natural decision to distribute materials and components for the furniture industry using our good contacts and our knowledge of the processes. Facing all questions of quality and productivity, we advise customers about production layout, production planning and control; and project consultancy.
We offer our customers ideas and methods for improvement, but at the outset many customers didn’t find the means to finance it in the first instance. Therefore we established our own finance company ProWood Finance Ltd. This company has grown over the years to a remarkable size and is the reason behind the success of many ascending manufacturers of woodworking products.
Woodworking itself one would describe as one of the traditional trades. The rate of growth is modest compared to that of the IT industry, yet commendable in its own right. Taking this into account it would be right to say that we have achieved a leading position through concentration on our core products, combined services and through determination and hard work to find satisfaction for our valued customers.
