The Jet 100 is ideal for first time purchasers of CNC where flexibility and quality are allied to ease of use and competitive pricing. Extremely popular with Kitchen and bedroom manufacturers and shopfitters, the Jet 100 also has the capacity to provide solutions for solid wood and door sets to small joinery shops. Like its brother the Concept the Jet 100 options include a range of powerful self cooling routers, high performance drill blocks, rotary toolchangers and numerous vacuum and clamping options. The Jet 100 has a clear working height of 100mm with all tools, 1345mm with the router in the Y axis and 3050mm in the X axis.

Jet 100 - 200 - 400RT:
The Jet RT range offers matrix bed solutions from entry level 8`x 4`sizes through to 12`x 5`. Ideal for “nesting” or single piece manufacturing but with the capability to add removable vacuum cups when required. There is a panel clearing device option if the machine is “nesting” and has all of the options available on the Jet 100 and Concept ranges. Like all Busellato machines the single piece cantilever bridge is of the strongest design possible with multiple welded internal ribs to stop any flex or vibration transmitting to the tools.

Genesis Evolution is an extremely user friendly interface software developed exclusively for Busellato by Italian software specialists T.P.A who are recognised worldwide as leaders in software for CNC manufacturing.
