Jet 3, 4 and 5 continued...
...large drill blocks and many other specialised solutions, such as automated pod and clamp positioning and a full range of sophisticated aggregate devices. Working bed sizes range from 3100mm x 1345mm to 6200m x 1815mm and working heights from 135mm to 240mm.
Jet Penta - 5 axis:
With the development of solutions for the joinery trade it has become increasingly important to offer 5 axis CNC machines with fully interpolated axes within the machining centre range. Busellato have built 5 axis machines for a number of years culminating in the Jet PENTA which has been developed around the formidable Jet 5 body and incorporates the highest quality, liquid cooled routers. Normally supplied with the popular FANUC control the PENTA is capable of the most complex machining operations with superb results.
Various working bed sizes are available with specialised vacuum and clamping systems and the PENTA can also be designed with drilling capability and multiple tool changers. |

Matrix bed:
Matrix bed options are available on all of the industrial range and utilise an phenolic resin material, rather than aluminium, for greater stability.Ideal for nesting or similar operations there are also options for movable vacuum pods easily positioned on a bakelite support board and connected to valves at the front of the machine. Reference pins are provided to suit customers requirements and secondary jig locking is standard. High quality Becker vacuum pumps are installed on all Busellato machines and provide excellent hold down qualities, even on small parts.
Genesis Evolution Software:
Genesis Evolution is an extremely user friendly interface software developed exclusively for Busellato by Italian software specialists T.P.A who are recognised worldwide as leaders in software for CNC manufacturing. All Busellato machining centres are fully PC controlled with Windows XP operating software and have the following specification:
