Bulleri have been producing high quality matrix bed single table machines for 40 years.

From early designs Bulleri decided on a full “bridge” construction as they believed this to be a superior engineering solution and time has proved them correct with machines still in operation after 20 years!

Today Bulleri keep to the same ethos but apply the latest technological developments to enhance their already considerable reputation for reliability and performance. All of the machines use the unbeatable OSAI control for high performance routing in association with off-line CAD/CAM software.

FPM range:

The FPM range of machines start with the FPM 2913 with a fixed configuration of router, tool change and drill block and is ideal as a first machine where maximum 8`x 4` boards are to be machined. The machines are just as comfortable machining plastics as wood based products and with a high performance vacuum system are perfect for nesting production.From the FPM 3216 (work area 3200mm x 1600mm) to the imposing FPM 6522 (6500mm x 2200mm) the machines can be configured with all of the available options which include multiple routers, both vertical and horizontal, tool changers, drill blocks, saw units, vacuum pods and specialised bed cleaning systems for nesting.

Tornado range:

The Tornado range is specifically aimed at industrial manufacturing and therefore is the heaviest construction of the Bulleri single table machines and is also utilised for 5 axis machines.Whilst all of the options available to the FPM range are offered with the Tornado the main difference is in the weight and higher movement speed and has been particularly successful in the 3721 version (3700mm x 2100mm) as a full size “jumbo” sheet machine for nesting of MDF doors, shopfitting and cabinet components. An FPM 4222 version is also available for full sized sheets.

5XM series:

Bulleri are experienced 5 axis manufacturers with the first machine produced over 15 years ago for a boat building company wanting to machine dies for fibreglass hulls. Since this period they have regularly produced both single and twin table machines with both matrix bed and vacuum pod solutions to suit many applications.
