Prestige models:
From the FPF came the development of the Prestige range which is a more industrial version with higher movement speeds. Particularly popular for full size “jumbo” sheet nesting the machine has found its place in high volume but bespoke manufacturing such as MDF doors, office furniture and boat building applications. |

Prestige models continued...
With the latest technology it is possible to separate the axes on both beds to enable machining of 2 completely different programmes at the same time reducing any “lost” time to an absolute minimum.
The FPF and Prestige models can be configured with a full range of options which include multiple routers, both vertical and horizontal, tool changers, drill blocks, saw units, vacuum pods and specialised bed cleaning systems for nesting which makes this style extremely flexible and productive. |

FPF models:
Initially Bulleri developed the single table bridge machine with a moving table and fixed bridge but this soon gave way to the fixed table moving bridge design as seen on the previous page. However, the advantages of a fixed bridge with moving tables for a twin table machine were obvious. Whilst product is loaded by an operator on one table it is possible for the other table to be machined on therefore increasing throughput significantly with little or no downtime. The other advantage is that with slightly smaller table machines the tables can be locked together to form one large table when required.
Table cleaning device:
For nested products, Bulleri’s innovative cleaning system enables automatic dust removal from the slave board or product surface and can operate during a work cycle on the adjoining table. |
