The economic solution to cabinet assembly, requiring only a pneumatic connection. Available in a number of sizes to suit a wide range of cabinet sizes and levels of production. Depending on specification the machine can be used as a single zone machine for large cabinets such as wardrobes or, in two individual areas to increase throughput of smaller units.

  Adjustments for height and width although carried out manually are very quick to execute. The pressure cylinders are adjustable to suit cabinet design and therefore apply pressure exactly where required, both vertical and horizontal cylinders have separate regulators and are independently controlled.
 
  Compack 31 (semi-automatic)

The maximum working capacity of 2500 x 1200 x 600mm is ample for most cabinet makers. With a combination of pressure beams and pressure pads ease of use, fast set up and square cabinets is assured.

For speed and ease of setting the horizontal beam is motorised whilst the vertical beam is manually positioned and locked into place with a pneumatic brake. The pressure pads can be located to ensure maximum pressure is applied directly to the dowel / glue line ensuring square cabinets with minimum clamping time.
  Makro range (manual to programmable)

This press has a maximum working area of 2500 x 120 x 700mm and is operated by an electromechanical system to give a clamping pressure of 1.3Kg / cm².



The horizontal and vertical beams operate as interlocked fingers to ensure the force is evenly distributed across the full width of the cabinet. The Makro is available in 3 versions, fully manual by means of push buttons (Junior), semi automatic with timed opening (Basic), or fully automatic with the capability of storing up to 200 sets of parameters for different cabinets (Super).
