This heavy duty free standing machine has been developed in conjunction with Ney to provide a robust solution at an affordable price. The large support table is equipped with a rear scale with left and right stops. Two pneumatic clamps secure the door during the drilling or inserting cycle and are operated sequentially with the foot pedal. There are simple adjustments to control the depth of drilling and the position of the holes from the edge of the panel. |

The machine can be equipped with the appropriate drill block configuration to suit any make of hinge at the time of supply. New blocks can be fitted should a change of drilling configuration be required at a later date. |
