The machine works by placing the screws in a vibrating reciprocator bowl which sorts and feeds the screws tip first into a connecting tube linked to the insertion gun.

The gun is supplied with a suitable nozzle for the type of screws to be used.

The screwing action is driven pneumatically or electrically. Torque or depth of insertion can be set on the machine as required.

The flexible tube feeds the nozzle at a continual rate ensuring a constant speed of screw insertion. Enabling the operator to perform a task which normally would take considerable longer.
