Virutex EB25 Hot Air Edgebander

Hot Air Reactivation Edgebander for applying preglued coil material up to 0.6mm thick to straight workpieces. 3000W Heater Blower Unit to give a rapid heat up time, which is controlled by a stepless switch to give an infinitely variable temperature for different tape/glue combinations.

Tape infeed is by the forward movement of the board which ensures that the tape is always in the correct position to receive the panel with the minimum of tape wastage.

Flush electro magnetic front end trim guillotine, adjustable rear end trim guillotine which can be set flush or with an overlap.

Top and bottom rotary trim unit which trims coil flush with the edge of the panel. The excess material is removed in strips and so no dust extraction is required.

Integral beam feed unit running at 5m/min, which is mounted on a swivel arm for adjustments and maintenance.

The beam covers the full length of the machine and gives a constant feed speed and side pressure for a consistent quality of bond and trim.

Extendable front support rail for large panels, complete with removable side pressure for batch work of panels with a maximum width of 800mm.
