Hot Air Reactivation Edgebander for applying preglued coil material 0.4mm melamine, polyester, veneer edging, and 1mm to 3mm PVC material.
A 3000W hot air blower gives a rapid heat up time controlled by a Stepless electronic switch giving temperature control from 0-500ºC.
Tape infeed is by forward movement of the board which ensures that the tape is always in the correct position to receive the panel minimising tape wastage. |

Overhead power feed running at 4m/min ensures consistent pressure to tape pressure roller.
Flush electro magnetic front end trim guillotine. Adjustable rear end trim guillotine which can be set flush or with overlap, (please note – capacity maximum 2mm PVC).
Top and bottom cutter block trim unit which trims coil material up to 3mm thick. Cutters fitted with 3mm radius cutterblocks.

Extraction via enclosed hood to external extraction system or perpose designed Virutex AS382L vacuum extractor.
A changeover switch is fitted to allow for different tape thicknesses; position I 0.4mm to 2mm, position II 2mm to 3mm.
Extendable front panel support rail for longer panel, complete with side pressure panel clamp (removable), (800 maximum with side clamps). |

Virutex RC121M Hand Trimmer for 3mm
Used to cut the excess of tape at both ends of panel. It provides a clean and exact cut, avoiding to damage the panel already banded.
To cut tapes on PVC, melamine, polyester, veneer, etc... up to 45mm width and 3mm thick. The blades can be sharpened. Possibility to regulate the cutting position. |
