The Flexa 300 industrial range of heavy duty edgebanders can be equipped with an extremely versatile gluing system for the application of coil and strip materials up to a maximum thickness of 10mm with PUR and 25mm with standard EVA.
The glue changeover process is quick and easy, whilst control of the glue regulation and direction of the roller is automatic and independently programmable.

Servo drive motors on the trimming stations make the Flexa 300 easy to set up and fast to changeover. Electronic control of the profile and glue scraping stations and automatic tape changeover ensures a complete solution for customers requiring high volume flexible production.
The combination gluepot brings to the industry the ability to work with standard hot melt adhesive and PUR material without the need to invest in expensive off-line delivery systems or temperamental cartridge systems. Its unique design features rapid evacuation and changeover from PUR to EVA glue.
The Flexa 300 is modular in construction allowing a composition for each individual customer requirement providing the best solution in every case. The highly rigid construction provides the platform for edging perfection.
Standard specifications provide for the machining of 0.4mm material up to a maximum thickness of 25mm. Feed speeds are infinitely variable from 10-25mts/min.
The machine is equipped with horizontal end trim saws which allows the very minimum panel spacing, thus optimising the machine efficiency. |
