The System range offers a variety of options to suit manufacturers who require flexibility in terms of the materials they wish to apply.
A strip feed mechanism is fitted as standard, therefore coiled material up to 3mm thick, laminates and solid wood lippings up to 8mm thick can be applied.
A flexible workhorse with the option of pre-milling makes the System range an ideal solution for the shopfitter or general workshop. |

The System 4P & 5P models have a pre-milling station prior to the glue application which will remove any chipping from the saw and help avoid trimming problems associated with panels that have swollen edges due to a delay between cutting and edging.
It will also compensate for poorly adjusted panel saw scoring blades.
With corner rounding stations on the System 5 and 5P for manufacturers with a bias towards thick PVC material, these machines represent an affordable solution for the shopfitter or general contractor. |
