The Virutex EB5C and EB10C are ideal for the application of pre-glued melamine, polyester and real wood veneers up to 0.4mm - 0.8mm in thickness.
Powerful hot air systems ensure rapid heat up time which is controlled by regulator switch to give an infinitely variable temperature to suit different glue or edging tape combinations. |

Both machines have an automatic end trim guillotine which gives a clean cut to the tape at the rear of the workpiece.
The EB5C can be easily adjusted to enable curved workpieces to be processed.
The EB10C comes with a motorised trimming unit which trims the top and bottom of the edge flush with the workpiece. Excess edging is removed in strips which eliminates the need for extraction. |
