This range of units are designed to handle the fine dust associated with most materials used in the furniture industry such as chipboard and MDF or sanding dust.
The filter area is greatly increased by the use of multi-pocket filter sleeves which result in an increased surface area and are therefore less prone to being blocked by particulate. |

The units are usually clad with galvanised panels at the top to reduce noise and when installed outside of the factory the lower half of the unit is also clad.
The customer can choose whether to have steel collection bins or plastic sacks which enable a visual check to be made as to when the unit needs emptying but are more prone to damage and spillage.
When the units are installed outside of the building or in a remote location we advise the fitting of an automatic shaker which vibrates the filters on shutdown to dislodge dust from the filter sleeves.
When used for plastics or PVC waste the standard filters can be replaced with an anti static filter material which is more efficient in dealing with this type of waste which tends to hold a static charge and cling to the filters.
These units are suitable for use with single machines such as CNC routers and sanding machines and multi machine installations in most small to medium sized companies. |
