  Many machines such as edgebanders and sanders require multiple passes for each panel. This usually results in low output from a single operator, expensive staffing costs and multiple handling from two people.

The Sacot panel return units provide a simple solution to this problem without complicated and expensive transfer mechanisms.

  The units will return panels through 180º back to the operator for a second pass or for stacking when complete.

As the system is fully conveyor based there is no need to make any changes to the setting between various panel sizes allowing work to be fed in a random order with no pre-planning.

A simple sketch of the machine is all that is required together with details of the largest and smallest panel to be handled.

Variations of the return can be employed to transport panels to the next machine in a production sequence and eliminate intermediate handling.
