This machine is predominately aimed at kitchen, bedroom and door manufacturers packaging cabinets and other larger items.
The product is placed in the centre of the in-feed conveyor belt. It is then automatically conveyed to the stretch film wrapping crown where photocells detect the product and wrapping starts immediately. At the front and back the machine applies 3 wraps. The machine can be integrated into a line. The quantity of film applied is adjustable by changing the rotational speed of the crown. |

• 1000mm conveyor belts for in-feed and out- feed at 6m/min speed.
• Minimum product length 600mm, depending on product features.
• Two pressure rollers at infeed and two at outfeed (PSC excluded).
• Automatic film cut system.
• Variable rotating crown speed.
• 3 film wraps at start and end of the package.
• Quantity of excess film at product start and finish can be varied. |
