Description of cycle
The product is placed on the in-feed table. Motorised roller conveyors move it through the stretch film crown where it is wrapped by the continuous rotation of the stretch film reel. Extra wraps can be programmed at the front and back ends of product. By combining crown turning speed and conveyor roller speed, a thicker or thinner coat of film is applied (the more conveyor speed, the less film overlap and vice versa), depending on the fragility of the product to be spiral wrapped. |
