Versatile and simple to use these vacuum lifts make the loading or unloading of large sheets a one man operation.
Often used for the feeding of beam saws, sanders or CNC routers they can be positioned to work with multiple machines providing they are within reach of the jib.
A unit can also be utilised for loading or unloading deliveries when forklift access is not available. |

A small vacuum pump provides the lift and is controlled by a ‘throttle’ on the handle. An adjacent lever releases the panel when it is positioned.
Units are normally post mounted, subject to a suitable floor structure. There is also the option to mount the jib from the building stanchions providing they are capable of taking the load.
The length of the jib can be varied to suit the individual requirements and dependant on the lifting capacity required.
Various options are available to suit specific applications including the ability to rotate the panel to the vertical position to load wall saws etc., or special vacuum cup configurations to lift assembled cabinets or boxes.
Given basic information on the size and weight of the product to be handled and the range of operation, we can put forward a proposal which will be verified on site prior to undertaking the installation with our own fully trained engineers. |
