The Weber concept comprises various components which can be combined in a modular system. Sanding equipment includes contact rollers of different diameters, combi-stations and sanding pads.
Workpieces are transported with rollers, conveyor belts or a combination of the two. This means that sanding stations can be arranged directly opposite of each other or offset, or in a combination of both layouts.
The sanding pad stations can also be equipped with an electronically controlled segmented platen for processing veneer and plywood boards.
The drives are freestanding units. This eliminates sanding defects caused by vibrations in the machine frame. |

The Weber combination machines have many options available. Ney's specialist Product Manager can advise and match a production line to suit your requirements - simply contact us for more information.
The machine is controlled entirely via an operating terminal and PLC which features all monitoring functions and enables the
reading and entry of all processing parameters.
Machines with a working width of up to 3.2m can be supplied. Machines exceeding a working width of 2.25m are constructed with contact roller diameters of 450mm and sanding belt lengths of 3200mm. |
