  Weber KLE 2000 featured here is an amazing piece of sanding technology. Fitted with steel roller and ISA segmented pad, as with other machines in the Weber range, but with the major addition of crossbelt sanding technology, giving the advantage of preperation of veneer prior to finishing.

The Crossbelt unit is a narrow sanding belt which due to the innovative design of using a graphite coated inner belt running slower than the sanding belt.

  This gives a very soft brushing effect, which removes adhesive and veneer jointing tape etc, prior to the main belt sanding action.

This principal means Weber can achieve a high quality finish with only two belts.
