The semi-automatic range features three models with blade sizes ranging from 350mm – 600mm diameter.
The up cutting blade has a pendulum action which is very easily controlled to accommodate the appropriate cutting speed for all timber types, it also retracts very quickly, speeding up cycle times.
The machines have infeed and outfeed tables which can be added to in modules of 1m to suit individual applications. |

The stops are of the conventional flip over type but on request can be upgraded to pneumatic versions.
The operation of the machine is by two buttons which both need to be depressed to ensure operator safety. A fixed vertical guard also protects the user from the blade assuring nothing can be ejected towards the user.
There are various available options to suit different applications including roller tables for heavier timber Laser cut line which assists defect cutting and inclined tables which are ideal when cutting multiple pieces. |
