The first cut is done as before with a saw blade. An accurate cut is then done afterwards by a diamond saw - a precision finish cutting device.

The diamond saw runs at high speed guaranteeing a tightly joined and splinter-free cut, even with sensitive veneers.

The compact unit, consisting of thesaw and precision finish cutting device is moved on hardened round guides with dust-tight rollers.

Special wiping and sealing elements keep the guides clean and prevent premature wear and tear.
The clamping bar is of sturdy construction and guarantees the full pressing out of the veneer stacks.

A newly developed extraction technology assures that the machine complies to the rigid regulations of the dust emission laws, the values can even run far below normal levels.

Optional accessories: a veneer fence table with central adjustment and pneumatic clamping and 6 feed fingers as well as a digital read-out with magnetic measurement system and a quick adjustment of the saw shaft round off the rational application of the machine in the field of quality veneer cuts.
