The machine has a cut length of 3120mm with the possibility of alternative working lengths of 3520mm and 4200mm and a range of options to suit moist applications.

The veneer is clamped by two pneumatic cylinders to ensure the veneer is securely held and compressed during the cutting operation.

The saw carriage runs in two high precision guide ways and is fitted with a dust hood with a 100mm connection. The 180mm diameter saw blade has a kerf of 1.5mm and 54 teeth to ensure a high quality finish.

There is also the option of fitting a finish planing head with horizontal and vertical adjustment separate on / off switch and pneumatic lifting. This option includes a cutter block of 85 mm diameter with a height of 50 mm and 4 TCT knives.

The fixed 250 mm front table is manually movable when the planing head is fitted.
