The range of machines covers six different configurations of working units. With the demand for increased flexibility the trend is towards the inclusion of a universal head. This head will machine any face of a component or any angle between which enables sections such as cills to be machined with a straight cutter block.
For customers who require more sophisticated adjustments programmable control can be fitted to two axis and the right hand spindle can also be controlled according to the width of the workpiece.
Options are available for pneumatic top pressure, increased motor power, automatic lubrication and chromium plated infeed tables for wet timber, as well as splitting units for small sections and bead recovery units.

The machines have been designed for ease of maintenance as well as use and incorporate centralised lubrication for all grease points.
All machines feature carden drive as opposed to chain which results in a better quality of finish, less noise and smoother feed of the workpiece.
The machines have two feed speeds as standard with the option of variable speeds of up to 25m/min.
