Despite the emergence of CNC routers in many fields of production the overhead router still fulfils an important role for many manufacturers.
Quick to set up and therefore suitable for very small production quantities the flexibility of this type of machine should not be underestimated.
With the capability of much higher workpiece height than all but the most sophisticated CNC router there are many operations for which there is no substitute for this type of machine. |
