The range includes fully automated machines for timber construction including all associated handling and a range of machining centres for constructional joinery elements. The K2, K3 and SC1 will produce fully machined components with all operations carried out in a single pass. The advanced software calculates all machining operations including angle cuts whether straight or compound, housing joints, mortises, birds mouths etc.

After the machining operation the software records the completed component and if required can print data directly onto the part to assist in future identification either within the production cycle or on site.

The unique manufacturing method allows multiple angled cuts to be carried out in an opposed configuration removing the waste and the need to turn the workpiece over. This can save up to 10% of material costs and reduce machining time.

The machines are of a modular construction which not only allows the individual machine to be specified to exact requirements but also to be expanded in the future to accommodate changing needs.
