Operator Range
Developed to allow flexible working whilst still being capable of producing up to 25 complete window frames and sashes in a single shift. The user friendly software will allow the production of a single frame or a batch run with equal levels of efficiency and accuracy. Sintesi Range
With the tenoning shaft of 620mm, the ability to store additional profiles enables manufacturers to utilise the tenoning side of the machine for profiling one side of assembled sashes, thus reducing machining time and increasing throughput.Five standard formats are available with the option of off-side profiling, bead recovery and hardware grooving.The production capacity of this machine exceeds expectation due to efficient software and thoughtful machine configuration permitting a single operator to complete all machining operations on up to 50 windows and sashes per day.
Rotowood Range
As the flagship of the range the Rotowood encompasses all the features of the other machines in the range, with additional benefits which are unrivalled by competitors.Components up to 3m long can be fed as pairs for the tenoning operations and automatically rotated for the second pass. They then feed individually into the profiling section where a wide choice of working units can be specified to produce fully machined components in a single pass.The machine can be equipped with drilling units to allow additional operations to be carried out in line or, for high production applications tool changers will change a complete 620mm shaft of tooling with only a few moments interruption to the production run. As well as increasing the number of profiles that can be loaded onto the machine this also allows tooling maintenance to be carried out whilst the machine is still producing.The flexible software can be linked to the production office allowing programming and work scheduling to take place without interruption to the production cycle.
Woodpecker Range
Ancillary machining operations for locks, hinges, assembly, night vents etc. often take up a disproportionate amount of production time in relation to the overall manufacturing cycle. This linear through feed machining centre has been developed over the last 5 years to work either in line or independently of the window line. Capable of machining all four faces and both ends of a component. With the aid of tool changers and special aggregates even the most complex operations can be carried out. When linked to the production facility timber can pass from an automatic cross cut via a four sided planer and machining centre directly to assembly without human intervention. This represents a major breakthrough in the drive towards high volume efficiency with single order processing. |
