The introduction of a glue spreader can speed up production, improve quality and reduce adhesive consumption for a relatively modest investment.

Built to an exceptionally high standard these multi-roller glue spreaders offer many benefits over hand glue spreading.

As well as the obvious increases in output over hand spreading, the quantity of glue applied can be accurately regulated offering big savings in glue consumption as well as less squeeze out at the edge of panels which results in a much easier trimming operation. With some veneers being susceptible to bleed through of adhesive the use of a glue spreader will enable maximum bond strength without the risk of this occurring.

All machines in the range offer the option of double or single faced application of adhesive and included in the specification is the manual wash system which when connected to a hose pipe directs water directly onto the rollers via nylon brushes. This reduces cleaning time to approximately 10 minutes and ensures the rollers are completely clean ready for the next use.
