Ney Ltd offer two bench mounted models, the Z500 and Z650. These are ideal for small workshops with intermittent usage. Jointing veneers from 0.4mm to 2.0mm.
Thread is heated is by electric resistance. The temperature is adjustable by thermostat. Feed speed is a constant 9m/min. A strong zig zag stitching pattern is achieved. Machines are supplied with one thread spool, needles, tweezers, anti adhesive liquid product. |
