The spares department, at Ney, is run by a team of 5 full time staff whose job it is to offer the best possible support to our customers for all their sparepart requirements.

We supply machine parts for all equipment sold by ourselves and have access to many parts for machines supplied elsewhere.
 
  We currently hold over 5000 individual parts from over 80 suppliers.

We try to hold in stock the vast majority of parts most commonly required and we can access our suppliers stock at short notice.

We have also built-up a large portfolio of external suppliers whom are able to offer components required for machines fitted by the manufacturer (Such as electrical switch gear etc.)		   Our objective is to supply the required components as quickly as possible when it is needed reducing the delay and down time of our customers.
