| Re-Coiling |

Foils
NEY has the facility to re-coil PVC vinyl foils accurately to customers own requirements. Lengths of up to 30 metres can be despatched via our parcel carrier service at competitive prices.
Edging
Melamine, polyester, thin veneer and thin PVC/ABS (up to 1mm) can be re-coiled to customers own requirements either for use on specific equipment or for re-sale. This service applies to both un-glued and pre-glued material. |

| Pre-Gluing |
|
Pre-gluing of Melamine, Polyesters and Veneers is done to order only, NEY never stock pre-glued material. This ensures the product reaches customers in the very best condition. NEY has the capacity to pre-glue up to 35,000m per day.
Pre-glued material is suitable for use with hot air reactivation edgebanders or even the trusty iron. |
